Galentine’s Day

Earlier in February, myself and the gals from the Charleston Blog Society met for our monthly meeting and this one really hit it out of the park! Instead of our usual meeting in a boutique, we had the opportunity to help style a photoshoot at the gorgeous Gadsden House located in downtown Charleston. Take a look at all the gorgeous ways we styled this Galentine’s Day shoot!

All the desserts were catered by Swank Desserts

The dinnerware from Event Haus was one of my favorite pieces of this shoot. They were so dainty and I love the pattern on the salad dishes!

How great are the signs by The Silver Starfish (modeled by the lovely Brit!)?

The room for the shoot was one of the loveliest I’ve ever seen! It’s not surprising that many couples prefer to have their wedding here and is one of the most popular venues in town. If you’re looking to book the Gadsden House, it’s booked until 2017!

I mean, look at that porch! Could you just imagine how gorgeous it would be to have a wedding party on it?

It was such a fun day learning how to style a shoot and all the vendors and planning it takes to pull one together. But it was all worth it and was one of my favorite Charleston Blog Society events we have ever had! Gillian did an amazing job pulling everything together and taking the time to speak to us about styling a shoot.

What do you think of the Galentine’s Day shoot? Would you want to put a party like this together for your girlfriends? Let me know in the comments!
